False Pass is home to approximately 65 residents. Eastern Aleutian Tribes operates the Anna Hoblet Memorial Clinic, which is located in False Pass, and can be reached at (907)548-2742. There is a Village Public Safety Officer (VPSO) stationed in False Pass. The Isanotski Corporation owns and operates the only grocery store in False Pass, it sells some clothing. The Isanotski Store is open Monday through Saturday from 8:00-10:00 am and 2:00-5:00 pm, also on Sunday from 3:00-5:00 pm.
Grant Aviation flies into False Pass to deliver and pick-up mail and passengers. In addition to Grant Aviation’s routine flights, Eider Air, Precision Air, and Lake Clark Air make charter trips to False Pass. From May to September the Alaska Marine Highway M/V Tustumena stops here on a biweekly schedule.
